View Additional Information When Performing a Subinventory Transfer Using a Mobile Device
Welcome to the training for Oracle Fusion Inventory Management in Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud. In this session, we'll talk about the feature view additional information when performing a subinventory transfer using a mobile device.
We'll begin the flow by navigating to the mobile subinventory transfer page. We will select the org. This navigates us to the subinventory transfer page. You can initiate the subinventory transfer page by subinventory or by item. Here's the order of fields when you choose to initiate the flow by subinventory.
Let's now switch to the item view to view the order of fields and execute a transfer. We'll begin the flow by scanning the item number. Entering the item defaults, the destination subinventory and locator will scan the subinventory. You can now view the available quantity for the item at the source subinventory and locator combination.
The destination subinventory and locator are defaulted based on the item transaction default setup or based on the item to the subinventory location association. Submitting the flow executes the transfer.
We'll now execute the transfer for multiple lines. We'll switch to the item view to perform the transfer. We'll scan the item, enter the subinventory, provide the quantity. We see the available quantity for the item in this location.
On this page we have an option to add the item to the list. Clicking on it, we have now added the first item to the list. Let's scan another item to add it to the list. We have entered the quantity.
The two items have been added to the list. Let's navigate to the item to transfer section to view the items which have been added to the list. You can use the edit icon to update the quantity corresponding to the item, or if you want to choose another lot for the transaction.
We will update the quantity for the item. The quantity has been updated. With this, we can now submit the transfer. This processes the subinventory transfer for the two items which were added to the list. This completes the demonstration. Thank you.
