Supremo Reference Storefront

Storefront now delivers a best practice reference storefront for communications industry. This will provide an out-of-the-box reference baseline that can be tailored by our customers to build their branded storefront. Storefront will provide page templates, user interface widgets that will cover most of the communications use cases. This includes a library of industry page templates and UI widgets that cover the landing pages and shopper & existing customer journeys. Storefront will provide an out-of-the-box integration for user interface functionality that is delivered by Buy Experience feature. For UI features that are provided by thirdparty applications the widgets will provide a hook for an API integration.

Communication Service Providers are looking for more turn key commerce solutions for standard industry use cases in order to reduce implementation cost and reliance on IT. The expectation from vendors is a commerce  that will deliver a fully functional industry reference storefront. Digital Experience for Communications Commerce needs to deliver a reference storefront that covers the standard shopper and exiting customer journeys that can be configured and extended by our customers to deliver their branded storefront experience.

Steps to Enable

A set of new tenant business configurations have been introduced that allow tenants to define the product category and the image url mapping for marketing banner and advertisement widgets. Using this configuration tenants can implement merchandising and marketing promotions on various storefront pages like homepage, plan/device detail page, my account page, etc.
