New Approval Unit Hierarchy Option
When you define an Approval Unit Hierarchy, you now have the option to specify whether new entities or shared instances are included in the definition. If you select the existing “All” Enable Approvals option, new entities or shared instances are automatically included. If you select the new “All – include if parent is selected” option, a new entity or shared instance is included only if its immediate parent is also selected as part of the Approval Unit Hierarchy.

Business Benefit: This feature enables you to decide whether to include new entities or shared instances in an Approval Unit Hierarchy, instead of including all of them automatically.
