Calculation Segmentation Now Enabled for Up to Two Dimensions

Calculation segmentation is now enabled for up to two dimensions in each rule. Previously you could define calculation segmentation for only one dimension.

Business Benefit: Having two dimensions to work with when defining calculation segmentation for a rule enables more ways to break the rule execution into right-sized segments.
