Modeling Screens and Reports Corrected to Respect Time Zone User Preference

Previously, the timestamp values displayed in screens and reports in the Modeling cluster were displayed in Universal Time instead of in the time zone set in User Preferences. In this update, those screens and reports have been corrected to display timestamp fields in the time zone currently set in User Preferences.

Business Benefit: All screens now correctly show timestamps in the user-selected time zone.
