Request Monitoring Dashboard

The request monitoring dashboard enables users to track and analyze the progress of open requests in Enterprise Data Management. Users can monitor requests during their lifecycle for different request types, priorities, workflow stages, and contributors. Dashboard data can be filtered by a variety of attributes and filters can be saved for reuse at a later time. The following scorecards are provided by the request monitoring dashboard:

  • Open Requests
  • Active Owners
  • Aging and Exceptions

You can drill down on the dashboard charts to view the associated request activity, as well as drill across to view a different set of metrics for the same group of requests. Request activity records can be downloaded to a file for offline reference and sharing with other parties.
