Request Monitoring Dashboard
The Request Monitoring dashboards enable you view information about requests that are currently open. The requests can have any active status (for example, Draft, In Flight, Recalled, Pushed Back, etc.) and any active workflow stage (Submit, Approve, or Commit).
Considerations
- You do not need specific permissions to access the Request Monitoring dashboard
itself; however, in order to see request information in the dashboard you must
be a current assignee, collaborator, invitee, or prior contributor for that
request, or else you must have at least Data Manager permission for any
viewpoint in the request.
Note:
Unlike the Change Management and Workflow Analysis dashboards, the Auditor role does not grant access to request information in the Request Monitoring dashboard. - When drilling down to request activity, the requests are grouped by dimension. If you have a request that contains request items from multiple dimensions, it will be displayed multiple times in the activity (once for each dimension).
- Information about currently open requests is aggregated every 15 minutes. Therefore, if you create or make a change to an active request it can take up to 15 minutes for that change to be reflected in the Request Monitoring dashboard.
