Active Owners

The Active Owners dashboard displays information about open requests and request items grouped by request owners, as well as other metrics.

Thie information helps you to visually identify request owners with a relatively large or small number of active requests by status, as well as owners with an outlying number of request items. Owners with a large number of active requests might be encouraged to reassign or collaborate on those requests.

Open Requests by Owner

The Open Requests by Owner shows the currently open request count that matches your page filter, grouped by the request owner.

For each element in the chart, you can drill down to view the request activity, drill across to view the requests in another visualization, or apply the specifics of that element to the page filter. You can also use the Actions menu to view and download the request activity in the visualization. See Working with Dashboard Panels.

Open Request Items by (Owner, Action, Application, or View)

The Open Request Items by Owner, Action, Application, or View dashboard displays the number of request items grouped by the request owner, request action, application, dimension (if one application is selected in your filter), view, or viewpoint (if one view is selected in your filter).
