Support for Manual Entry in both Reports and Books Prompt Selections
This feature allows you to directly provide the member's name entry. Previously, when responding to prompts in Reports and Books, the member selector dialog must be opened for selections. In this release, users can now manually enter prompts selections in Reports and Books, with the following behaviors and limitations:
- Enter member (unique) name or alias based on whichever is being displayed for the prompt in the runtime prompt dialog.
NOTE: For selecting shared members, unique member name as displayed in the user interface needs to be entered.
- You can enter multiple members for multi select prompts by using comma as a separator. If your member names contain commas, you will need to use the member selector instead of manually entering the multiple prompts.
- Member input is case sensitive.
- If there are invalid entries, you will need to address them before being able to leave the dialog except by clicking Cancel.
