Ability to Attach Request Files to Email Notifications for Workflow Users

Email notifications for approvers, committers, and notified users can optionally include request items in a file attachment to provide recipients offline access to enterprise data changes in requests.  A system setting is available for Service Administrators to enable or disable this capability.  When enabled, view owners can control whether notifications for requests in a particular view will include request file attachments.  The request files include all request items, actions, and property values involved in the requests.

Business Benefit: Request participants have visibility to the changes in requests they are notified of without requiring the users to access the Enterprise Data Management user interface.
