Ability to Cancel Pending Task Manager, Supplemental Data, or Enterprise Journals Jobs
You can now cancel jobs that are pending to run before they execute. This allows you to prevent jobs that may have been accidentally added to the queue, for example, manually starting multiple data loads when only one is necessary. However, you can’t delete system-scheduled jobs that are awaiting a specific time. To cancel any user-created pending jobs, on the Non-Consolidation Jobs or Task Manager Jobs page, select one or more jobs you want to cancel and click the Cancel icon.
Applies To: Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning, Tax Reporting
Business Benefit: Canceling pending jobs can optimize resource allocation, reduce unnecessary costs, and improve data management, ultimately benefiting businesses by streamlining operations.
