New Version of the Rule Designer

This release introduces a new Rule Designer user interface. You can select which version of the Rule Designer to use in the Profitability and Cost Management Application Settings. Designer 1.0 opens the older version of the Rule Designer. Designer 2.0 opens the new Rule Designer UI with enhanced features.

Business Benefit:  Rule Designer 2.0 provides a more modern and updated user interface with more streamlined actions.
