Multilingual Support for Artifact Labels in Task Manager

In Task Manager, administrators can now enter translations in different languages for objects such as Task Name or Schedule Name using the new Artifact Labels feature. These objects are displayed to the users based on their language preference instead of the language in which they were originally created. If an Artifact Label hasn’t been entered for the user’s preferred language, the default artifact label (language it was created in) is shown. If Artifact Labels support isn’t enabled, users can’t enter translations and the default artifact label is shown.

Applies To: Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning, Tax Reporting

Business Benefit: This feature benefits your business by allowing you to deliver more personalized and accessible experience for users across different regions and languages, thus ensuring that key terms are clearly understood in the user’s preferred language.

Steps to Enable

Administrators can enable or disable the Artifact Labels feature using the Enable Artifact Labels option on the System Settings page > Translation section. When administrators enable this feature, they can access the Artifact Labels page by navigating to Applications > Task Manager > Artifact Labels tab.
