Updates to getSubstVar EPM Automate Command and Related REST APIs
The getSubstVar
EPM Automate command and corresponding REST APIs are now restricted to Service Administrators. Previously, this command and REST APIs could be executed by Power User with Rule Launch access as well.

Business Benefit: Restricting the use of the getSubstVar
command and related REST APIs enhances security.
