Update to the Information Available in the Role Assignment Audit Report

Starting with this update, the Role Assignment Audit Report available in OCI (Gen 2) environments, has been enhanced to provide information on the IDCS Group Name and EPM Group Name for which a role change was made. A new Type column has been introduced to identify the type of artifact that was affected by the change identified in the Action column of the report.
