Viewpoint Chart Display Improvements

When adding child nodes using the chart display for a viewpoint, new child nodes appear below the centered parent node instead of making the new child the centered node in the display.  This improvement makes it easier to add multiple children to the same parent node in that display type.  The centered node also has a wider appearance for easy identification and whitespace has been reduced throughout the chart display to minimize scrolling.

Business Benefit: Child nodes can be added to a parent in a more efficient manner and nodes are presented in a streamlined fashion while using the chart display for a viewpoint.
