New Reset Service Request Type

A new request type to ask Oracle to reset your service is now available. You can use it to request Oracle to reset the service by submitting a service request if you cannot reset it using the resetService EPM Automate command or these REST APIs:

Applies to:   Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, FreeForm, Narrative Reporting, Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting

Business Benefit: This service type allows you to ask Oracle for help in resetting your service instance to recover from stability or performance issues.
