Support for Blocking Access to Tor IPs

Cloud EPM and Cloud EDM block access originating from known Tor networks to help prevent anonymous or potentially malicious access attempts from dark web. Tor exit node IP addresses change frequently, so Oracle continuously updates the list of known Tor IP addresses and automatically blocks access attempts from these addresses to maintain ongoing protection.
