EPM Assistants: EPM Activity Reports Assistant for Administrators

EPM Assistants enable Service Administrators to download AI agent templates for integrating Cloud Enterprise EPM or Cloud EDM with Fusion AI Agent Studio. 

An EPM Activity Reports Assistant for Administrators is now available. This assistant helps answer questions about the Activity Report and can send answers in email, enabling Service Administrators to gain deep insights into application usage and associated user experience in Cloud EPM.

The EPM Activity Reports Assistant for Administrators is packaged as a downloadable ZIP file on the Downloads page. Extracting the ZIP file provides access to the following assistant definition file: Activity Report Assistant.json.

Business Benefit: Instead of requiring customers to download multiple reports and manually correlate data, the EPM Activity Reports Assistant for Administrators understands natural language questions, autonomously analyzes and correlates the data from the Activity Reports and delivers human-readable information in seconds.

Steps to enable and configure

Use the steps in How to Use EPM Assistants with AI Agent Studio in Getting Started Guide for Administrators.

Note: For Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, FreeForm, and Planning, you must enable Generative AI to see the EPM Assistants option on the Downloads menu.

To enable Generative AI:

  1. From the Home Page, click Application, and then click Settings.
  2. In the Enable AI section, select Generative AI to enable the EPM Assistants option in the Downloads menu..
  3. Click Save.

Note: The Enable AI option is available only for EPM Enterprise subscriptions.
