DateTime Function for Books and PDF Report Packages

DateTime function is introduced within the Headers and Footers Page Setup preferences for Books and PDF-based Report Packages. This enhancement complements the existing &[Page] and &[Pages] stamping functions available for page numbering and allows you to insert a formatted date and time stamp into generated PDFs.
