EPM Assistants: PCM Assistant

EPM Assistants enable Service Administrators to download AI agent templates for integrating Cloud Enterprise EPM or Cloud EDM with Fusion AI Agent Studio.

A new PCM Assistant available. This assistant enables Agents created with AI Studio to help you efficiently explore modeling artifacts, application context, and metadata, and to execute PCM Calculation commands.

The PCM Assistant covers all the capabilities as the existing PCM Interrogation Assistant and PCM Calculation Assistant, while also adding many new capabilities. Using the PCM Assistant, you can:

  • List models, forms, and points of view
  • Create, copy, and validate models
  • Create and list rule sets
  • Create, enable, disable, and copy rules
  • Add and replace rule members
  • Leverage advanced rule property search within enhanced list rules
  • Discover platform library objects
  • Query application context and access command help
  • Execute calculation commands
  • Create, clear, copy, and delete points of view
  • Create, delete, list, run, and inspect jobs, including saved jobs
  • Analyze calculation performance to guide performance optimization by diagnosing slow jobs; comparing jobs and rules; benchmarking; and checking dimension design, system settings, and rule best practices
  • Integrate PCM processing within multi-product workflows, such as linking allocation subledger functionality with Fusion General Ledger, Projects, and other EPM business processes

The PCM Assistant is packaged as a downloadable ZIP file on the Downloads page. Extracting the ZIP file provides access to the following assistant definition file: <application_name>_EPM_PCM_ASSISTANT_<pod_name>.json.
