New Option for Empty-File Handling in Import Premapped Transactions REST API and EPM Automate Command

The Import Pre-Mapped Transactions REST API and the importTmPremappedTransactions EPM Automate command now support the optional onEmptyFile parameter. Set this parameter to warning to allow an import job to complete successfully when the input file contains no transaction records. If the parameter is omitted or set to error, empty-file imports continue to fail, preserving existing behavior.

Business Benefit: This enhancement helps prevent unnecessary failure alerts and incident investigations. Customers can control empty-file handling for each import job based on the expectations of the specified data source, improving operational reporting and reducing manual intervention.
