Embed Multiple Available Content At Once in Smart View

In Smart View, while embedding available content in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, you can now select multiple items from the Available Content list in the Embed Contents dialog box. Previously, you could only select one available content item at a time for embedding and had to reopen the Embed Contents dialog box to embed another item.

To select multiple available content items, use Shift + Click for continuous items and Ctrl + Click for non-continuous items. The items are embedded in the order of selection. In Word, they are embedded one after the other. In PowerPoint, they are embedded in separate slides in the same order. You can rearrange the embedded content as per your requirement.

Business Benefit: Users can now embed multiple available content items faster in reports while working in Smart View, as they can in Narrative Reporting web interface.
