Support for @Mention in Review Comments in Smart View

In Smart View, you can now direct questions or feedback to specific users by mentioning them in review comments, as you can in the Narrative Reporting web interface.

To mention other users in your comments, type @ and select them from the displayed list. If review comment notifications have been enabled for the report package, then the mentioned users receive a notification and can quickly navigate to the comment. You can also filter review comments where you were mentioned using the new My Mentions option in the Filter Options menu on the Narrative Reporting ribbon or the filter options in Comments section in the Report Center panel.

Business Benefit: Users now get the same ability to mention other users in review comments in Smart View, as they can in Narrative Reporting web interface.
