Enhanced Home Page and Global Header Experience

The enhanced application Home page now uses Redwood styling, with Announcements grouped within an expandable drawer. When no announcements are available, the layout adjusts automatically. Users can view details, browse all announcements, and seamlessly navigate between them within the same drawer. The Home page also adapts smoothly to different screen sizes, resolutions, and browser zoom levels. Layout elements, including navigation and cards, automatically resize to provide a more readable and accessible experience.

The application’s global header now includes drawers for Recent items, Favorites, and Notifications for administrators. These drawers provide quick access to recently visited pages, saved favourites, and relevant banner-message notifications, including messages that have already been dismissed. The username display in the global header is also updated. When users hover over the username, the label appears as "<user_name>: Settings and Actions".
