In this update, improvements are available in the following areas:

Payroll Costs Deletion Control: Control the ability to delete payroll costs that have not been successfully distributed to projects. A new privilege, Delete Project Labor Distributions in Error, is provided to determine which roles can delete payroll costs. Add this privilege to custom roles to allow for the delete functionality.

Payroll Costs Redistribution Control: Reducing the amount of unnecessary adjustments to payroll costs is crucial for maintaining efficient and effective project cost management. Payroll costs will only be redistributed using labor schedules if the distribution rules have changed. Perform the redistribution of payroll costs with confidence that new project costs are generated only when the rules have changed, reducing unnecessary reversals that affect downstream project cost processes. A new privilege, Process Costs with Unchanged Project Labor Distributions, is provided to determine which role in your organization can perform this action. Add this privilege to custom roles to allow for the redistribution functionality.
