Planning and Reporting Using a Subset of Resource Classes
Plan and report based on a subset of required resource classes. When projects don't use certain types of resources, you can optionally disable the Labor, Equipment, or Material Item resource class for planning and billing resource breakdown structures. When one of the resource classes is disabled, any transactions being incurred on such disabled resource class will be associated to the Financial Resource class. By disabling unused resource classes, the project planning is simplified to ensure efficient allocation of resources tailored to each business or project need.
