In this update, improvements are available in the following areas:

Enhanced Program Visibility with Upgraded Search: On the Programs page, search results now provide richer context. They list the projects contained in each program and, if the program is part of a larger initiative, show its position in the parent hierarchy. This lets you understand the full scope at a glance.

Direct Access to Published Reports: Open published reports in a single click. In the Published Reports section of the Communications page, each report name is now an active link that takes you directly to the report.

Default Project Manager for Action Items: To streamline action-item creation, new action items are automatically assigned to the designated project manager. This ensures every action item has an owner from the moment it’s created, while still allowing reassignment if needed.

Financial Measures Now in Program Communication: For a more consolidated view of program performance, you can now add the following financial measures to Program Communication reports. Previously, these measures were available only in Program Analysis:
- ITD Actual Invoice Amount
- Amount to Bill
- Unpaid Invoice Amount

These additional measures help you create more data-informed status reports and stakeholder updates.
