Tips And Considerations
- Run the process “ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS” to recreate index definition and perform ingest to Oracle Search Extension Framework database. Run the process twice, once for each index:
- fa-fin-jv-transactions
- fa-fin-jv-distributions
- The new Source Transaction Reference and Event Type fields are read-only and cannot be edited in the joint venture work areas or Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- You can include these fields in searches and filters for faster identification of relevant transactions.
- You can run the Identify Joint Venture Transactions process to update existing joint venture transactions with this information without requiring a change to the status of the transactions.
