Data Extraction - Date Format

Enhance the AFCS Data Extraction module to allow users to specify custom Java date and date-time formats for extracted DATE and TIMESTAMP fields through the Data Extraction UI. The enhancement introduces mandatory date and date-time format fields with default Java formats, validates user-defined formats, preserves backward compatibility for existing extracts, and applies the specified formats during data extraction.

Provides flexibility to generate extracts in consumer-specific date formats, improves interoperability with downstream systems, reduces post-processing effort, ensures consistent formatting of extracted data, and enhances user experience through configurable, validated date formatting.
