Control Access to Learning Assignment Mass Actions

You can now restrict the mass actions learning administrators can do at a more granular level using these new privileges:

Mass Bypass and Complete Learning Assignments	WLF_MASS_BYPASS_COMPLETE_LEARNING_ASSIGNMENTS_PRIV	Allow user to mass bypass and complete learning assignments.
Mass Withdraw Learning Assignments	WLF_MASS_WITHDRAW_LEARNING_ASSIGNMENTS_PRIV	Allow user to mass withdraw learning assignments.

Mass Complete Learning Assignment Activities	WLF_MASS_COMPLETTE_LEARNING_ASSIGNMENT_ACTIVITIES_PRIV	Allow user to mass mark learning assignment activities complete.

These new privileges are independent of the existing Perform Mass Actions on Learning Assignments functional security privilege for mass actions. So users with the functional security privilege can do all mass actions even if they don't have any of the new privileges. To limit actions, remove the functional security privilege and add the relevant new security privileges. 

These new security privileges make it possible to grant learning administrators access to specific mass actions instead of all mass actions.

Steps to Enable

You need to grant users the appropriate new privileges based on the mass actions they should be able to do.
