Redwood - Submit Individual Performance Goals For Approval

Employees now have the flexibility to make incremental changes to a performance goal plan that’s in pending approval status. They can add performance goals or edit goals that haven’t yet been submitted for approval in the goal plan. For example, if a goal plan has five goals, and two of them have been submitted for approval, an employee can make edits to the other three goals and submit them for approval. When such changes are made, the previous approval request is replaced with a new request that includes all the latest changes.

These features can't be enabled individually.

You also need to enable the profile option, ORA_HRG_PERF_GOAL_LVL_APPROVL. For more information about setting profile option values, see the Set Profile Option Values topic in the Implementing Applications guide on Oracle Help Center.

Additionally, you need to use the Approve Performance Goal task in Transaction Console and disable the Bypass Approvals feature. For information about this task, see the Overview of Performance Goal Approval Rules topic in the Implementing Goal Management guide on Oracle Help Center.
