Data Disposal Enhancement for Time Record Groups
If you're an Oracle Fusion Cloud Global Human Resources customer, you can now remove time card information (referred to as Time Record Group objects) related to workers with terminated employment or canceled work relationships from Oracle HCM Cloud. Do this removal using the Remove Person Information task on the My Client Groups > Data Exchange page.
IMPORTANT: Don't use this feature to remove Time Record Group objects where there's a requirement to maintain time card data for audit purposes. You can't retrieve the deleted time card data.

Tips And Considerations
- You can delete an employee's time card data only if you have access to the employee's data.
- You need to enable the data disposal configuration template to use the Remove Person Information process.
- Run the process only on workers with an employment termination date in the past.
- The worker data is permanently deleted and not masked. You can’t recover deleted data. So, proceed with caution
