Workforce Schedule Access
The workforce schedules that schedulers can access depends on the staffing departments for their schedule generation profiles and their area of responsibility.
Schedule Generation Profile Showing the Schedule Manager and Staffing Departments
The responsibility type needs to be Schedule Manager and their responsibility scope needs to include the departments and locations that correspond to the staffing departments in their schedule generation profiles. For example, a scheduler's profile and responsibility scope both have the Maternity department for Miami, but not Los Angeles. Thus they can't manage the Maternity, Los Angeles schedule. Also, the responsibility needs to have Approval usage, so the schedule manager can get self-service notifications.
