Redwood Experience for Job Requisition Templates List Page

Take advantage of the Redwood Job Requisition Templates list page that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

When the Redwood profile option is enabled, upon clicking Job Requisition Templates in My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Hiring, you'll see all active and draft requisition templates. The Active and Draft filters are applied by default when you access the list.

With the Redwood list, you can:

  • Search for requisition templates and filter results. Selected filters are displayed as chips.
  • Sort the list of requisition templates using any of the available columns. By default, the most recently updated requisition templates are displayed first (Last Updated Date column is by descending date).
  • Show and hide columns in the lists using the Customize Columns button.
  • View details about a requisition template by clicking on it.
  • Create requisition templates.
  • Take actions on requisition templates.

The new Redwood list greatly improves the user experience.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable the ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED and ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile options to display the Redwood Job Requisition Templates list and Redwood Job Requisition Template details page.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
  2. Click Search.
  3. On the Search page, search for the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.
  4. Click the task name.
  5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED.
  6. In the Profile Values section, set the profile value to Y.
  7. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED.
  8. In the Profile Values section, set the profile value to Y.
  9. Click Save and Close.

Access Requirements

The Job Requisition Templates list page has its own privileges for users to view the list. The same privileges are used for Redwood lists.
