You can now let workers exceed their FTE when they work shifts marked as overtime allowed. There won't be any validation warnings. Also schedule managers can encourage workers to work certain shifts by offering them incentives.

You can define shift time deviation rules on your schedule generation profiles. These rules are then used in time and labor schedule deviation calculations and validations.

The additional attributes on scheduled shifts help you respond more efficiently to the scheduling gap by authorising overtime and encouraging work on specific critical shifts. Also shift time deviation rules strengthen time attendance accuracy.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Only when a shift allows overtime can workers exceed their FTE if they accept a request to cover, claim shifts during self-scheduling, or accept open shifts.
