Configure the From Email Address for Automated Emails

You can now choose to send some automated email notifications from a no-reply email instead of vanity email. This is useful in cases where some notifications have the capture message feature enabled in Recruiting Content Library, which sends the emails from a vanity email ID by default.

You can now override this setting using the Recruiting Message Configuration task. Here you’ll see a set of notifications for which you can change the “From” email to a no-reply email instead of a vanity email.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:

• Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
• Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
• Task: Recruiting Messaging Configuration

2. Expand the Vanity Email Configuration section and click Edit. 
3. Select the notifications that you want to send using a no-reply email.

NOTE: By default, none of these notifications are selected. An unselected notification in this list is sent through vanity email, only if it has the capture message feature enabled.

Select Notifications for No-Reply Email

4. Click Save.

However, note that not all notification settings can be overridden. The following notifications will always be sent through no-reply email, regardless of whether the capture message feature is enabled or not. They're listed after the Send Notifications Using No-Reply Email section.

This feature allows greater flexibility in using the no-reply email for certain notifications according to your business needs.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
