AI Assist for Request and Record Forms

When requesting noncatalog learning or recording an external learning either as a learning manager or a learner, you see the AI Assist button. This button becomes available after you enter the required learning title. Click the AI Assist button to generate a relevant description based on the provided information. To generate a clearer and more precise description, provide key words in the Description field before clicking the button.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • This functionality is only available for Redwood learner and manager pages.
  • Use Show AI Assist Button page property in Visual Builder Studio, to show or hide the AI Assist button.
  • AI prompts can be configured in the HCM Experience Design Studio using the AI Configurator.
  • This feature is available when signed in to only English, French, or Spanish language environments.
  • When updating the title and generating a new description, clear the existing description text before clicking AI Assist. This clearing ensures the new description aligns with the updated title.
