Redwood Experience: New Grid View Fields

Take advantage of the new fields which you can configure in grid view in these candidate lists: candidate search, prospects, and event audience.

Candidate Search list:

  • New field category called Search Follow-up Task Info which has a compound field called Follow-Up Task Info. That compound field displays the owner, due date, and description of follow-up tasks created on the candidate through the search results list.

Prospects list:

  • New field category called Prospect Follow-up Task Info which has a compound field called Follow-Up Task Info. That compound field displays the owner, due date, and description of follow-up tasks created on the prospect.
  • New field category called Prospect Source Info which has a compound field called Source Info. That compound field displays the date when the prospect was added, the user who added the prospect, and the prospect type.

Event Audience:

  • New field category called Event Follow-up Task Info which has a compound field called Follow-Up Task Info. That compound field displays the owner, due date, and description of follow-up tasks created on the event audience member.
  • New field category called Event Process Info which has a compound field called Process Info. That compound field displays the registration date, the prescreening score, and whether the candidate is shortlisted.

Users can work more efficiently as they can have more meaningful data available at a glance from their candidate lists, without having to drill into candidate details to find that information.
