Redwood Experience: Dynamic Skills and Skills Library
Take advantage of the ready-to-use predefined skills library where you can incorporate your own existing or third-party skills as item catalogs. You can curate and manage the skills library through enhanced catalog management and AI assisted skill enrichment capabilities.
The Dynamic Skills and Skills library are available in these features:
- job requisition
- candidate and job application search and details
- external candidate experience
- jobs and gigs in Opportunity Marketplace
Job Requisition
You can see the skills in the Redwood Experience job requisition details page, create job requisition flow, and job requisitions list page.
Skill names from the new skills library are translated when viewing the job requisition details page in another language. You can add text type skills if the skill isn’t available in the skills library. On the job requisitions list page, you can use the keyword search to search for a job requisition with a specific skill name added from the Dynamic Skills library.
