Redwood: Target Proficiencies and Ratings in the Performance Document
As an HR user you can now enable target proficiencies and performance ratings for Redwood performance documents.
Users can view the target proficiencies and performance ratings for competencies, and performance ratings for goals in performance documents when Redwood is enabled. The ratings are only editable by managers during the manager evaluation task.

Steps to Enable
You need to configure the profile options in the following table.

Tips And Considerations
- The Target Proficiency isn't editable by users other than managers. It's populated for competencies that automatically populate the performance document based on a model profile or when added directly to the template by HR. It's read-only in the performance document.
- The Target Performance rating isn't editable by users other than managers. It's populated for competencies and goals added directly to the performance template by HR and is read-only in the performance document.
