Redwood Team Schedule Enhancements for Line Managers

When you open the My Team > Team Schedule, you can now view worker rest days along with their schedules, absences, and holidays. You also see the same information in the 4-week view. And the first line now shows your schedule, absences, holidays, and rest days.

You can now also filter your team schedules to show only Availability preferences.

This feature lets line managers stay informed about current and future schedules, planned absences, availability preferences, and holidays for their teams and themselves.

Steps to Enable

Enable the ORA_HTS_TEAM_SCHEDULE_REDWOOD_PAGE_ENABLED profile option using the Setup and Maintenance > Tasks panel Search > Manage Administrator Profile Values task. Set the site-level profile value to YES.

Access Requirements

The delivered Line Manager role includes this new privilege. If you have custom roles, you need to add the privilege to them.
