The Leave and Absence Analyst is an AI-powered digital assistant that helps you manage all aspects of your time off easily, accurately, and securely. Whether you're checking your PTO balance, scheduling time off, donating leave to a colleague, or cashing out unused hours, this agent offers real-time support and guidance.

Built on Oracle’s AI Agent framework and powered by large language models (LLMs), the agent understands your natural language queries and responds with accurate, secure information based on your role and privileges. It also provides deep links to guide you directly to the relevant pages in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud apps.

With the Leave and Absence Analyst, you can:

• View leave balances, such as PTO, vacation, and sick leave
• Review past or scheduled absences
• Check eligibility for programs, such as disability or family leave
• Evaluate all leave donations and cash payout actions
• Seamlessly go to app pages to take actions, such as submitting time off requests, bidding for holidays, donating leave, or requesting a payout

Steps to Enable

• Your environment must have the appropriate services for Oracle Applications Platform deployed. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support. 
• Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes, and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.

Access Requirements

The agents you can view depend on the roles and privileges assigned to you. To access this agent, you must be granted access to it by an AI Studio Administrator.
