Built on Oracle’s AI Agent framework and powered by large language models (LLMs), the agent understands natural language queries and responds with accurate, secure information based on your configured data access and role privileges. It also provides deep links to go directly to the app pages in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Application.

With the Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team), you can:

View up-to-date leave balances, such as PTO, vacation and sick leave for every team member
Review completed and scheduled absences by your team members
Check eligibility of your team member for programs, such as disability or family leave
Assess all leave donation and cash disbursements from your team
Directly go to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud app pages for initiating leave, or responding to team requests

Steps to Enable

Your environment must have the appropriate services for Oracle Applications Platform deployed. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support.
Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes, and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.

The agents you can view depend on the roles and privileges assigned to you. To access this agent, you must be granted access to it by an AI Studio Administrator.
