Steps to Enable and Configure
Steps to add policy document to tool:
- Search for the document tool, in the Tools tab of AI Agent Studio
- Add the policy document
- Set the status to Ready to Publish
- Run the Process Agent Documents scheduled process. After the scheduled process completes, verify that the status is Published.

Additional setup details for AI Agents:

- Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes, and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
