Classify Redwood Document Records Using Tags
You can now make use of the new Classification attribute to help group, organize, and filter Redwood document records more efficiently during creation and editing.
With the Classification field, you can now assign standardized tags to each document record. These classification values are derived from the tags associated with each Document Type configuration, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
Here are a few benefits of this enhancement:
-
Streamlined Organization: Reduce the number of Document Types needed by grouping related documents under a single type with multiple classification options. For example, you can have a document type as Government ID Documents with available classifications as Driver’s License, SS Card, Military ID, and so on.
-
Improved Discoverability: Users can filter and search records more effectively using classification tags. It improves consistency, especially in environments with high document record volumes or diverse document types.
