Redwood Experience: Job Application List Data Masking

You can configure data masking on Redwood job application lists. The Configure Views icon is available on job applications list. When you click the icon, you're taken to the responsive UI where you can mask data.

This feature facilitates blind sifting of job applications by conditionally masking data on the Redwood job application lists.

You need to enable these profile options:

• ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Tips And Considerations

If data masking was already configured for your responsive job application lists, the same EL Expression will be correctly evaluated and applied to your Redwood job application lists.

Access Requirements

Users need the Manage Candidate Lists (IRC_MANAGE_CANDIDATE_JOB_APPLICATION_LISTS) privilege to access the Manage Views area.
