Redwood Experience: Interview Management New Profile Option

A new profile option is available to enable interview management pages in Redwood:

  • Profile Option Code: ORA_IRC_INTERVIEW_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • Profile Display Name: Redwood Interview Management Enabled

When the profile option is set to Y, interview management pages in Redwood are enabled. When set to N, Redwood interview management pages are disabled, and responsive pages are displayed.

These pages and actions are now dependent on the ORA_IRC_INTERVIEW_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option.

  • Request Feedback action (if the profile option isn’t enabled, the action is called Collect Feedback)
  • Request Feedback page
  • Provide Feedback action (if the profile option isn’t enabled, the action isn’t available)
  • Provide feedback page

With this enhancement, customers can enable Redwood interview management pages separately from the candidate and job application pages, giving them more control.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable the new interview management profile option ORA_IRC_INTERVIEW_REDWOOD_ENABLED.

For the Redwood pages to be displayed, you also need to enable these profile options:

  • ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Tips And Considerations

For interview management pages released in 25B or before, these pages continue to be associated to their respective profile option.

Associated to the requisition profile option ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED:

  • Feedback tab (part of requisition details)
  • Interviews tab (part of requisition details)
  • Interviews tab (part of requisition template details)
  • Define Interview Schedules action

Associated to the job application profile option ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED:

  • Feedback tab (part of job application details)
  • Interviews tab (part of job application details)
  • Request Interviews to be Scheduled action
  • Send Interview Invite action
