Redwood Experience: Extend Job Offer from Activity Center Page

When the Redwood profile option is enabled, you can now extend offers from the Activity Center page and add the expiration date of the job offer while extending the offer. The expiration date is prepopulated as “system date + 7 days”. You can modify it while extending the job offer.

Extend Offer from Activity Center Page

This enhancement provides the flexibility to see the expiration date while extending an offer from the Activity Center page. Users don’t need to go to the job application details page or Job Offers list page.

Steps to Enable

To enable the Extend Offer action from the Activity Center page, you need to enable this profile option:

• ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option.

Tips And Considerations

The expiration date logic has changed in release 25B. The date restricts the candidate in accepting or declining the job offer if the setting “Allow candidates to accept or decline job offers after the offer's expiration date" is disabled.
