Redwood Experience: Exclusion Filters on Candidate Lists

Exclude candidates with certain attributes using exclusion filters on the following candidate lists: candidate search, pool members, prospects, and event audience.

These new filters are available:

Criteria Excluded:

• Tags Excluded
• Current Employer Excluded
• Former Employer Excluded
• Job Title Excluded

Location Excluded

• Location Excluded
• City Radius Excluded

As an example, if you enter Oracle in the Current Employer Excluded filter and Canada in the Location Excluded filter, candidates working at Oracle in Canada will be excluded from the search results.

The City Radius Excluded filter works in combination with the Location Excluded filter when you select a city.

Exclusion Filters

With these new filters, the user experience is improved and you can better refine candidates.

Steps to Enable
